Retail & Hospitality Staff De-escalation
A half-day workshop for shop floors, cafés and front-of-house teams on tone, posture, personal space and calm language with upset customers.

Course 02
Forge Fundamentals
Twelve weeks of core technique: stance, distance, releases, striking basics and returning to standing, with practice rounds that grow in complexity as confidence builds.

Course 03
Tempered Program
A six-month programme combining full fundamentals with combinations, ground movement and scenario days in varied indoor spaces, plus quarterly one-on-one planning sessions.
