Booking Terms
Scope
These Booking Terms set out how enrolment, rescheduling, missed sessions, conduct and waivers work for every Varrow course, alongside the general Terms & Conditions.
Booking a course
A place is confirmed once payment is received and we reply with your intake date. Group sizes are capped, so places are held on a first-paid basis.
Rescheduling
If you need to move to a later intake, let us know as early as possible; where a spot exists in the next available group we will transfer your booking at no extra charge.
Missed sessions
Forge Fundamentals and the Tempered Program run on a fixed weekly schedule; an occasional missed class does not reduce your remaining sessions, but sessions cannot be banked or carried past the end of the course. The Retail & Hospitality workshop is a single half-day session, so a missed booking is handled under the Cancellation Policy on our Terms & Conditions page.
Class conduct
Participants are asked to follow the instructor's direction, treat training partners with care, and avoid attending while unwell. Instructors may pause a drill or ask a participant to sit out if conduct puts others at risk.
Waivers
Every participant completes a short waiver before their first session, acknowledging that physical training carries ordinary physical risk and describing how to raise a concern about an exercise. The waiver is read and explained in plain language before signing; nothing in it is a substitute for using your own judgment during a drill.
Instructor substitution
Occasionally a session may be led by a different qualified instructor than usual, for example during planned leave. Course content and pacing stay consistent with the published course plan.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Booking Terms from time to time; the current version applies to new bookings from its publication date.
