Refunds & Cancellation

Scope

This page explains cancellation and refund terms for Varrow course bookings in full, under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, alongside the short versions in our Terms & Conditions.

Cancelling before a course starts

Cancel seven days or more before your course start date for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancel within seven days of the start date and we will offer a credit toward a future intake rather than a cash refund, unless the course is cancelled by us.

Cancelling a multi-week programme after it begins

For Forge Fundamentals and the Tempered Program, a refund for unattended future sessions is calculated on a pro-rated basis from the week your cancellation request is received, less a reasonable administration amount, once sessions have already started.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email [email protected] or call +1 647-991-6590 during studio hours (Monday – Saturday, 16:00–21:30, Eastern Time (ET) — Toronto), including your name and the course booked.

Processing times

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

If we cancel a course

Where Varrow cancels a session or an entire intake — for example due to low enrolment or a studio closure — every affected participant receives a full refund or, if preferred, a place in the next available intake.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights available to you under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, or other applicable Canadian consumer law.

We may update this policy from time to time; the version shown here is the one currently in force.
